C&W Expands Philadelphia Office

Cipriani & Werner, P.C. recently announced that seven attorneys from Yost & Tretta, LLP will be joining the firm’s Philadelphia office on March 1, 2018.  Founded in 1995 by Richard W. Yost and Christopher M. Tretta, Philadelphia-based Yost & Tretta has distinguished itself over the years with their expertise in all aspects of the insurance industry, defending insureds and assisting insurance carriers in coverage analysis and subrogation.

Jack Hayes, Managing Partner of Cipriani & Werner’s Philadelphia office, stated that along with the founding partners of Yost and Tretta, five additional experienced litigators will join Cipriani & Werner’s Philadelphia office.

“We are always looking for opportunities to strengthen and expand our core practice areas, and these extremely talented attorneys bring with them over 100 years of litigation experience that will complement the firm’s existing practice.  This will be a very positive, successful and mutually rewarding partnership.”

Richard Yost describes the strategic decision to join Cipriani & Werner:

“Being part of a larger, multi-disciplinary law firm that is well-respected in the insurance industry and extends throughout the mid-Atlantic region will allow us to expand our geographic reach and draw on additional resources to benefit our clients.  We are pleased to become members of C&W’s dynamic legal team.”

Jack Kincaid, Chief Executive Officer of Cipriani & Werner, expressed a similar view.

“We continue to position our firm with an emphasis on discipline in our execution of growth plans, while still responding to the needs of our clients and maintaining the agility to respond to opportunities.  The firm invests the necessary resources to expand its depth of experienced attorneys and bring new practice areas to the firm.  We are very pleased that the Yost & Tretta attorneys will be joining the firm.”

Cipriani & Werner, P.C. has represented clients throughout the mid-Atlantic region for more than 30 years.  With more than 140 attorneys in 13 offices located in 7 states and the District of Columbia, our litigation defense practice areas include medical malpractice, life sciences, premises liability, product liability, transportation, professional liability, construction, commercial litigation and employment matters, as well as commercial transactions, business counseling, real estate, cyber/data security, privacy, and banking.
